For the community, by the community of health, wellness and yoga. We are a collective of local yoga teachers who have banded together to spread some light and joy as we celebrate health and wellness after a remarkable time in our lives.

Fresh air! Moving, stretching and connecting with our mind, body, spirit - and sharing some love with our local parks.

Join us for ​beginner-friendly yoga (and yoga-inspired) classes in the great outdoors! Classes will be held at various parks throughout the Municipality of Meaford.

Pay-What-You-Can… $5, $10, $15. Proceeds will go towards Meaford Food Bank and Outreach.

Other notes:
- Mat rentals are not available
- Washrooms may not available on site
- All classes are subject to weather and could be cancelled at any time in which you would be notified via email
- Things you may want to bring: yoga mat, props, water, towel, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses
- Everyone must sign a waiver to participate
